This place is not only very beautiful but what goes on inside is just as beautiful. They are loving, caring and they took my recovery seriously. They worked with me in every single way possible. Such an amazing place.
J

Jessica

What made this rehab different for me was the dual diagnosis stuff. Every other place I went to only dealt with the drinking but nobody ever addressed my depression and anxiety. Here they treated everything together and that's why it actually stuck this time. Wish I'd found this place years ago.
E

Eliel

This treatment center saved my life. They gave all of us the best groups & sober outings and that gave me the opportunity to kind of ease into my recovery.

Your Questions, Answered

Straight answers about coverage, timelines and admission. For anything not covered here, our coordinators are available 24/7.

Does my insurance cover inpatient rehab?

Coverage depends entirely on your specific plan, your benefits and your carrier's determination. We work with many private commercial plans, and the only way to know what applies to you is to check. Call us and we will review your plan with you and explain what we find at no cost and with no obligation, usually within minutes.

How long does inpatient treatment last?

Medical detox generally runs 3 to 7 days depending on how your body responds. Residential rehab most often runs 28 to 30 days, and insurers frequently authorize 45 to 90 days when clinically indicated. Your length of stay is set by your clinical team and reauthorized with your carrier as you progress.

Can I be admitted today?

Often, yes. Same-day admission is available when a bed is open and your benefits verify, and our coordinators handle travel arrangements when you are coming from out of the area. Admissions is staffed 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.

Is the call confidential?

Completely. Every call, assessment and admission is protected under HIPAA. We will not contact your employer, your family or anyone else without your written permission.

What should I bring with me?

About a week of comfortable clothing, your photo ID, your insurance card, and any current prescriptions in their original pharmacy bottles. Your admissions coordinator will send you a full packing list before you travel.

What if I do not see my insurance company listed?

Call anyway. We work with many private commercial carriers and third-party administrators beyond the ones shown here, and verification is free with no obligation to admit.

Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

No. We are a private treatment facility and accept private insurance only. Medicaid, Medicare and state-funded plans cannot be accepted.

What happens after inpatient treatment ends?

You leave with a written continuing-care plan built before discharge, including outpatient step-down, sober living referrals when appropriate, relapse-prevention planning and alumni check-ins.

Why Families Choose Inpatient Treatment

Detoxing at home is unpredictable and, in many cases, medically dangerous. Inpatient medical detox removes that risk: withdrawal is managed by clinicians around the clock, and treatment begins the moment you are stable.

Staying on site for residential rehab also removes the triggers, access and routines that keep addiction in place. Our clinical team builds an individualized plan that treats substance use and any co-occurring mental health condition together, then hands you a concrete aftercare plan before you leave.

What It Feels Like to Call Us

Nobody plans on making this call. Most people put it off for months, convinced they should be able to handle it alone. When you do call, you are not going to get a script or a sales pitch — you get one person who has heard your story a thousand times and has never once thought less of anyone for telling it.

We will ask a few simple questions, check what your insurance actually covers, and tell you honestly what your options are — even if that means pointing you somewhere else. No pressure, no obligation, and nothing gets said to anyone else. Whether you call today or three weeks from now, the line is open and someone real will answer.

All communication is 100% confidential.

Inside Our Medical Detox Center

Detox is the first and most medically sensitive stage of treatment. Our detox center is staffed around the clock by nurses and overseen by medical providers who monitor vitals, manage withdrawal symptoms and adjust care hour by hour — so you are never left to push through it alone.

Rooms are private and comfortable, meals and bedding are provided, and admissions can often be arranged the same day. When you are medically stable, you move straight into residential rehab on the same campus with the same clinical team — no transfer, no gap in care, no starting over with strangers.

Alcohol Rehab Covered by Insurance

Most people who enter inpatient drug and alcohol rehab pay with private health insurance rather than out of pocket. Under federal parity rules, private plans that cover medical care must also cover substance use disorder treatment — so a PPO or POS plan often covers the majority of an inpatient stay once medical necessity is documented, leaving only a deductible, coinsurance or copay.

We accept private insurance only, and we work directly with the major national carriers, including: Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Beacon, Highmark and many other private commercial PPO plans. Our admissions team can verify your inpatient detox and rehab benefits at no cost, usually within minutes of your call.
